Cottage prices per week according to period

Cleaning service on departure: 80 €

Arrival time: between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m Departure time: 10 a.m

Included in the price :

  • rental of the cottage with bed sheets, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wifi

  • access to the unsupervised heated indoor swimming pool under the parents’ responsibility and to the 50m2 paddling pool (open from May to the end of September, opening times specified at Reception)

  • leisure activities offered by the Bastidou team during the high season

  • specific equipment on request and subject to availability. Possibility of renting additional equipment

Available at extra cost:

  • Extra bed sheets 8 €/pers
  • pets are welcome, on a leash and with up-to-date vaccination records. A supplement of 8 €/day will be charged.

Terms of payment

  • A deposit of 300 € will be requested on arrival and returned on departure after inventory, inventory of fixtures and handover of keys

  • Membership of the Association Le Bastidon de Lucie: €15

  • 30% deposit on booking by bank transfer, IBAN: FR76 1831 5100 0008 0017 1803 753, and the completed and signed booking form

  • the balance one month before the planned date of stay

Groups will be welcomed at the Residence, which consists of :

  • 5 rooms with 2 beds, accessible to the disabled
  • 4 assistants rooms with 2 beds (bunk beds)
  • 1 assistant room with 1 bed and centralised nurse call, total capacity 19 beds
  • accessible bathrooms
  • a dining/activity room with TV
  • a kitchen
  • a laundry room

Arrival time: between 4 pm and 6 pm
Departure time: 10 a.m.

 

The price includes :

  • room and bed sheetsAccess to a kitchen and dining room with TV and WiFi
  • Access of the laundry room with washing machine
  • Access to the unsupervised heated indoor swimming pool and the 50 m2 paddling pool (open from May to the end of September, opening times specified at Reception)
  • Special equipment on request and subject to availability. Additional equipment can be rented.

Mandatory service:

Cleaning on departure: €21 per room and €75 per kitchen/dining room

The following are available on request at extra cost :

  • delivery of cold meals :
    16 € /meal
    8 € /breakfast
  • household linen :
    8 € per extra set of sheets
    8 € towel, bath towel and two gloves
